This page is designed to provide one place to go for campus HIPAA policies, and Departmental procedures put in place to comply with these policies.  UPI, UMM, and the SOM have their own HIPAA web-sites, links are provided below.  You are responsible for complying with all campus HIPAA policies, please make sure you understand them.  UPI and SOM policies are the same, UMM policies are different.
