Helpstar Policy

Helpstar shall be used to submit all requests to the Medicine I/S team.  Please use the Helpstar icon in your Application Launcher to open Helpstar.  Please choose the most appropriate priority by using the guidelines below.  Patrick Byerly and Ed Heiger will be paged with all Critical requests.

 
Priorities General Guidelines
  • Low               >
Problem/request can wait a day or two.
  • Medium        >
Problem/request needs attention by the end of the next business day.
  • High              >
Problem/request needs attention within 4-8 business hours.

example: Single user cannot perform job.

  • Critical          >
Need immediate service.

example: Multiple users cannot perform job.
